Apply the
Knowledge Gained
With
thy purpose, thy intent, and desires: In the study of those phases
of experience of souls that enter into materialization, these
purposes should be borne in mind by each. And do not lose sight of
the Purpose of the Order; in the knowledge gained, from the Archives
of the Order, but make same practical in the daily experience, in
the daily associations with others. For, such knowledge, such
understanding, should enable each to assist others in understanding
their relationships to the Universal Consciousness; enabling them
also to assist in bringing hope into the experiences of those
discouraged from whatever cause that may be the awareness of the
individual at the time. Hence more and more in those periods of
meditation for others who seek through the Publications of the
Order, to become aware of God's presence; God's promises; through
the Christ; bring them into thine own consciousness by thought, by
deed, in such measures and manners that ye may indeed be a helpful
influence in the experiences of others.
How
can I make the most of my remaining years in service to my fellow
man?
Help here and there, to make the paths straight; to light the light
to those who sit in darkness; to raise the hopes of those who have
been discouraged, in that those who love Him, their seed shall not
beg bread. This may be done in writing, in speaking, in Doing!
For the
experience, or this or that influence ye have seen or may see, is
not the important thing, but what have ye done, and what are ye
doing, and what Will ye do About Same! For to say to him that is
hungry, "The Lord be blessed, be thou filled," fills not that
desire; it does not bring the consciousness. But to
aid the individuals to find themselves, aiding them to find that
which will fill and make Their life experience as One with Him,
these be thy missions, these have been and are thy purposes. Carry
On! Be not weary in well-doing.
"Others may do as they may, but for me and my house, we will serve
the Lord!"
"For in that purpose; ye sow thy thoughts; thy deeds, they come back
to thee to roost. Remember thy Creator; remember they Saviour;
Jesus, even the Christ. Let love be without rancour; let patience be
without grudging; let Hope and Faith be thy longing. Let that love
as ye desire from and in those about thee, be manifested in they
dealings, thy conversation with others; that Harmony and Peace may
come in measures to fill thy whole purpose; thy all, in Him; let the
light of happiness, the joy of service, the desire for love; be the
ruling forces in thy activities; thy conversations; thy meditations;
The lord loveth those who approach Him boldly; asking, seeking; but
live that they ask for; they seek for." - Guidance 8:13-17,
Rectified Bible
Love the Lord with all thy Heart
In the purpose, in helpfulness to
others, in finding first Self, in studying to show thyself approved
unto God, a workman not ashamed, rightly stressing the words of
truth, and keeping self unspotted from the world, thy life becomes
even more worth while. Thus attain to the consciousness of a life
well spent, entering into the joy of thy Lord.
Purpose of the Order
Remember the purpose of the Order of the Good News:
"That We May Make Manifest
the Love of God and Man"
Affirmation
“May we, as members of the Order that
has its ideals in being of a Service to its Fellow Man; Through the
Grace of God that is given to all that would seek through such a way
to be a channel of blessing, cast not this opportunity aside as it
comes day by day; but may I, as one of His children, so live that
Others may glorify Him; now!”
